deer processing

We offer wild game processing year round at our facility.  Normal processing turnaround is average 3 to 5 days on fresh meats, frozen product may take additional time also having any of your choices smoked.   All finished product is vacuumed packed, labeled and ready to go into your freezer.  Once your product is completed we ask that you pick up within 48 hours after we call you.

We  ask that any deboned meat to be placed in some type of bag to keep seperated from ice.

There is a 10 pound minimum of meat required for any 1 product. 

Good rule of thumb is to make sure your raw meat is well iced to avoid any spoilage.
